It has truly been a delight working with Jordy carter on our furniture needs over the last 5 years. We began with a buildout of three floors at 1515 Arapahoe St., Tower 2. Suites 700, 600, and 400. Two years later we built out another floor in the same building. Tower 1, Suite 1300, and a year later moved the 4th floor to the same building, Tower 1, Suite 1400. A year after that, we built out Tower 1, Suite 1600 and 1/2 of Suite 1500. The remainder of Suite 1500 to be completed In the next few months. We purchased furniture new for most of the moves, but on the 14th floor we not only used what we had currently, but had to add new furniture to complete the buildout. As you can imagine, the coordination of all of these moves and buildouts were no easy feat and there are always issues with things when you have this many moving parts, but Jordy Carter has always risen to the occasion.
